Nicole Clark discovers that living in a big city is not as easy as she expected. After her record producer sexually harasses her and her boyfriend cheats on her, she decides to take a hitch-hike back to her small hometown, something she will regret.

Approached by a reporter Detective Nate Penna tells the story about the bizarre operation and the society of individuals who pay big money to see women being caged and abused.

Ivan Rogers was an American actor, writer, producer and director. Rogers plays Detective Nate Penna in Caged Women II which he also wrote, directed and co-produced with the Swedish producer Kjell Larsson. The movie was filmed in Rogers hometown Indianopolis, IN and with a few scenes in Palm Coast, FL.

Deborah "Debbi" Dutch plays Nicole Clark in this macabre white slavery operation headed by the sly Sheriff Jane Riley, played by Nikki Fritz and her partner Marta Samtani, played by Lorissa McComas.

​

Deborah can be seen in some major productions like Action Jackson, D.C Cab, The Amazing Howard Huhes and The Man Who Wasn't There, and she became the "Scream Queen" after starring in many horror movies.
